Since we call Birmingham home, we thought that would be the best place to start. However, we won't stop there! A new home community located on Highway 280 southeast of Birmingham, Greystone is an example of Hoover's recent rapid growth. A long time custom home favorite, Greystone has been a popular home for everything from garden homes to luxury homes. Although to me it feels very built-out, there still are a handful of new custom homes to be had. |

Ross Bridge seems to be the most popular new home community around Birmingham these days. In fact, I recently saw a press release saying that their townhomes are selling very quickly, despite the recent downturn in the housing industry. I have visited Signature Homes new house plans as well as some of HPH's garden homes. There a number of fine custom builders offering custom plan design and build services. |
